Whole roasted chicken with veggies!
Nothing like a whole roasted chicken meal.
💥 Ingredients
• 1 Whole Chicken
• Baconup grease
• 1/2 cup of zucchini ( thick sliced )
•.1/2 cup of squash
• Cherry tomatoes
• Sliced onions
• Honey Heat
• Island Thyme
💥 Directions
• Preheat your oven or smoker to 325.
• Clean your chicken, Pat dry then apply BaconUp to the entire exterior of your chicken as a binder.
• Apply Honey Heat to the interior cavity and exterior of your chicken,
• In a bowl add all your vegetables and season them with Island Thyme
• Place your chicken in the middle of a cast iron skillet and place your vegetables around the chicken.
• Place in your oven / smoker until the deepest part of the thigh is at least 165 degrees.
• Remove from the oven / smoker let rest for at least 20 minutes and enjoy!
