Caribeque Honey Heat Smoked Ribs.
Ingredients:
• 2 racks of St. Louis style ribs
• Caribeque Honey Heat rub
• Olive oil
• Apple wood chunks
Instructions:
1. Preparation:
• Remove the membrane from the ribs.
• Rub ribs with olive oil.
• Apply Caribeque Honey Heat rub generously.
2. Preheat Kamado Joe:
• Set up for indirect cooking at 250°F.
• Add apple wood chunks for smoke.
3. Cooking:
• Place ribs bone-side down on the grill.
• Smoke at 250°F for 4-5 hours.
• Use the bend test to check doneness.
4. Rest and Serve:
• Let ribs rest for 10-15 minutes.
• Slice and serve.
