Smoked Chuck Roast on the Kamado Joe:
Ingredients:
- 1 chuck roast (4-5 lbs)
- Caribeque Beef Rub
- All Purpose Rub
- Lump charcoal, cherry wood chunks
Instructions:
- Heat your Kamado Joe to 225-250°F.
- Apply Caribeque Beef rub, then All Purpose Rub to the chuck roast.
- Use a plate diffuser on the grill grate for indirect cooking.
- Add cherry wood chunks for a fruity smoke flavor.
- Smoke chuck roast until internal temp reaches 195-205°F.
- Rest for 15-20 mins, slice, and enjoy!
