Pork and sweet pepper kabobs!

Pork & Sweet Pepper Kabobs with Island Thyme⁣
Ingredients:⁣
1.5 lbs pork stew meat, cut into 1.5-inch cubes⁣
10–12 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeds removed⁣
1/2 cup Italian dressing⁣
1 tbsp sesame oil⁣
2 tbsp soy sauce⁣
1 tbsp minced garlic⁣
Caribeque Island Thyme seasoning (to taste)⁣
Wooden skewers, soaked in water (30 minutes)⁣
2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)⁣
Directions:⁣
1. Marinate Pork: In a bowl, combine pork, Italian dressing, sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight preferred).⁣
2. Prep Skewers: Thread marinated pork and sweet pepper halves onto soaked skewers, alternating pieces.⁣
3. Season: Lightly coat the kabobs with Caribeque Island Thyme.⁣
4. Grill: Preheat your Weber Genesis 3 gas grill to medium heat. Grill kabobs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is cooked through and lightly charred.⁣
5. Garnish: Top with sliced green onions before serving.⁣
Great with cauliflower rice or a fresh cucumber salad.
