Keto brisket cauliflower fried rice!

I love a good big bowl of fried rice. Lets add brisket as this protein and cauliflower rice to make it keto friendly!

 

Keto Brisket Fried Cauliflower Rice⁣


Ingredients:⁣
- 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice⁣
- Leftover brisket, diced⁣
- Sesame oil⁣
- Diced onions⁣
- Garlic, minced⁣
- Soy sauce⁣
- Fresh green onions, chopped (for topping)⁣
- Caribeque Big and Bold Beef seasoning⁣
- Optional: other vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli⁣

Instructions:⁣
1. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of sesame oil.⁣


2. Once the oil is hot, add the diced onions and minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant and translucent.⁣


3. Add the frozen cauliflower rice to the wok. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the cauliflower rice is heated through and slightly browned.⁣


4. Add the diced brisket to the cauliflower rice mixture. Stir to combine.⁣


5. Season the mixture generously with Caribeque Big and Bold Beef seasoning, adjusting the amount to taste.⁣


6. Add a splash of soy sauce to the mixture, stirring well to incorporate the flavors.⁣


7. Optional: Add any other desired vegetables at this point and stir-fry until tender.⁣


8. Once everything is heated through and well combined, remove from heat.⁣


9. Serve the Keto brisket fried cauliflower rice hot, topped with fresh chopped green onions for extra flavor and freshness. Enjoy!⁣
