💥 Jerk Chicken Kabobs 💥
Nothing like Jerk Chicken to take you back to the islands!
Here’s a quick and easy recipe that you can enjoy anytime!
💥 Ingredients
• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts ( cubed )
• 1 green pepper cut into squares
• 1 onion cut into squares
• Caribeque Jamaican Jerk seasoning
• Olive Oil
• Skewers
💥 Directions
• Preheat your grill on high.
• Place the chicken , peppers and onions in a bowl and apply olive oil
• Place your chicken on a skewer followed by a few peppers, some onions and more chicken.
• After you have several skewers done apply jerk seasoning to all sides of the skewers.
• Turn your kabobs every 2 minutes or so until the chicken hits an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Serve alone, over a bed of rice or with a side salad!
