Honey Heat Smoked Ham
Ingredients
- 1 spiral cut ham
- Honey Heat Rub
- 1 stick of butter
- Cherry or Apple wood chunks
- Ground clove
Directions
- Preheat your smoker or oven to 300 degrees
- Lay your spiral cut ham in a cast iron skillet.
- Liberally cover the ham with Honey Heat rub and place on the smoker with the wood chunks and smoke for about 1 hour
- Add a stick of butter to a pan and stir in 3-4 tablespoons of Honey Heat and 1-2 teaspoons of the ground cloves.
- Baste your ham with the Honey Heat butter for about 15-20 minutes before pulling your ham off.
- Total cook time about 1.5-2 hours
