Smoked Honey Heat Chicken Breast Sandwich on a Big Green Egg
Ingredients:
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• Caribeque Honey Heat rub
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 brioche buns
• Pickles
• Lettuce
• Sliced onions
• Caribeque Smack Sauce
Instructions:
1. Preparation:
• Preheat Big Green Egg to 250°F.
• Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and Caribeque Honey Heat rub. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
2. Smoking:
• Smoke chicken on the Big Green Egg for 1.5 to 2 hours, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice.
3. Assembly:
• Toast brioche buns.
• Spread Caribeque Smack Sauce on both halves.
• Add sliced chicken, pickles, lettuce, and onions.
