Cast iron seared chicken thighs and tomatoes with feta cheese

Cast iron Chicken and tomatoes with crumbled feta ⁣

Let’s get some fall comfort food on the table!⁣


🔥 Ingredients:⁣

Caribeque Island Thyme seasoning ⁣
• Cherry tomatoes⁣
• Broccoli florets or broccolini ⁣
• Minced Garlic ⁣
• Thyme⁣
• Basil⁣
• Chicken thighs ( bone in skin on )⁣
• White wine⁣
• BaconUp bacon grease ⁣


🔥 Directions ⁣

• Preheat your grill to medium high. 350-400 degrees ⁣


• In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, garlic, and a few sprigs of thyme. ⁣

• Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of BaconUp on your cast iron skillet.⁣

• Season both sides of your chicken thighs with Caribeque Island Thyme ⁣

• Add the chicken thighs, skin-side down, and sear until golden, about 5 minutes. ⁣

• Flip the chicken and brown for another 5 minutes.⁣

• Remove the chicken thighs and add your cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, broccoli florets and about a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of white wine.⁣

• Simmer until your tomatoes are blistered and popping.⁣

• Place cooked thighs into the tomatoes and broccoli and top with crumbled feta cheese.⁣

• Serve with you favorite side and enjoy!
