Butter injected smoked turkey legs!

Butter injected Smoked Turkey Legs with Island Thyme⁣

Ingredients:⁣
• 4-6 turkey legs⁣
• 32 ozs of water , 2 cups appple juice⁣
• 1/2 cup Caribeque Poultry Brine⁣
• 1 orange, 1 lime (sliced)⁣
• Fresh sage, rosemary, thyme (2 sprigs each)⁣
• 1 stick unsalted butter (melted, for injection)⁣
• Caribeque Island Thyme seasoning⁣
• Apple wood chunks⁣

Instructions:⁣
1. Brine: Mix water, apple juice, brine, orange/lime slices, and herbs. Submerge turkey legs, cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours.⁣

2. Season: Pat dry, inject with melted butter, and rub with Island Thyme seasoning.⁣

3. Smoke: Preheat smoker to 250°F with apple wood. Smoke turkey legs until they reach 175°F internal temp (2-3 hours).⁣

4. Rest & Serve: Let rest 10 minutes and enjoy!⁣
