Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Wings
🔥 Ingredients
• 2 lbs of chicken wings, tips removed and wings cut into drummettes and flats
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 cup sriracha ( more or less to your taste )
• 3 Tbs. soy sauce
• 2 Tbs chicken stock
• Caribeque Chicken Rub
• Blue cheese, ranch or smack sauce for dipping.
🔥 Directions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F.
2. Season your wings with Caribeque Chicken Rub. Carefully place half of the chicken wings in the variety cooking basket and insert the basket into the air fryer.
3. Cook the wings turning them with tongs 2 or 3 times during cooking, until the skin is browned and crisp, 26 to 28 minutes. Repeat with the remaining wings.
4. While the wings cook, in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and chicken stock.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until the sauce has reduced slightly, 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Transfer the wings to a large bowl, add the sauce and toss to coat.
7. Transfer to a platter , serve and enjoy!
